Boredom Prevention 101
Here you will learn Boredom Prevention 101 which may take some practice to learn...lol, probobly not!!
1. The first rule in boredom prevention 101 is to do all the stuff you need to get done (chores, housework, etc) before you decide that you are bored.
2. Here are some things to do when you are bored:
Activity:Visit My Site! lol.
Materials:a computer, internet
Instructions:go to http://tagalong.bravehost.com or http://recomendedbooksforkidsbykids.bravehost.com their both rely kool and therz lots to do like sign my guestbook, write in the forum (and join...hehe), read and look at the many pages, and gobz and gobz of other great stuff! ;)
Activity:Jankenpo (Rock Paper Scissors)
Materials:At least two people.
Instructions:Rock=curl your hand up like you were gonna punch someone. Paper=flat hand. Scissors=same as rock except two fingers stay "out" (also know as "peace")
To begin the game. Say "Rock, Paper, Scissors!" (in america) and in Japan say: "Jankenpo!" Then you both do either rock, paper, or scissors. Rock beats Scissors, Scissors beat Paper, and Paper beats Rock. Whoever "put out"/"did" the winning thing, wins! lol, if you have Qs, please ask them in the forum.
Activity:Makeing a Constelation
Materials:a toilet paper role, a piece of construction paper (about as big as a CD case), a needle or something else as pointy as a needle, a pencil or pen or some other writing utensil (lol, does that word make sense there?), a rubber band or tape (use a rubber band if you want to make more that one constelation, that way you can make many and then change them).
Instructions:lay the piece of paper on a flat surface and put the toilet paper role on top of it and use the writing "utensil" to trace the outside of the toilet paper role (the circle part) then decide on what constelation you will make and use the needle to poke holes to make the design. Then put the part of the paper that you poked holes in over the circular hole of the toiletpaper role and then either tape it or put the rubber band around the edges so that the paper is secure on the toilet paper role. Look through the open end of the toilet paper role and you should be able to see light through the holes that you poked so that they look like stars. You can show it to your friends and ask them to try and guess what your constelation is supposed to be. (I made a smily face)
